April is the time of our ROTC/JROTC Recognition and Awards Banquet for local ROTC and JROTC Detachments. This Banquet is one of the most important things the Chapter does all year. We can have an impact on future officers. The success of the Banquet depends on participation and support from the chapter members. Please look at the information on the OWRC website and consider helping the Chapter.
