1.Use the web site (select EVENTS/MAY ROTC RESERVATION FORM)     and pay with PayPal. It isn’t recc quired to have a PayPal account   to  use the system. You will answer “no” to the message asking if you have a PayPal account then you will be asked for credit card information.

PayPal is a secure system.

 Reservations are Mandatory–the number of meals that are prepared are based on the reservations receive. The chapter pays for no-shows.

“The success of the OWRC ROTC/JROTC Banquet depends on the willingness and generosity of the members of OWRC to sponsor ROTC/JROTC cadets. I ask that you review your circumstances and, if you are able, to consider sponsoring one or more cadets for the banquet. Each cadet meal is valued at $30.You will have the opportunity to sponsor multiple cadets.”
