Carved Beef Tenderloin
Charbroiled to tender medium rare served with horseradish cream sauce

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken breast stuffed with carved ham, Swiss, and cream cheese, baked and topped with lemon butter sauce. 

Pasta Primavera
Seasonal vegetables served over Penne Rigate in a house white wine cream sauce.  Topped with Parmesan and fresh Parsley.

Meal includes Starch, Vegetable, Salad, Bread Sticks, Coffee, Iced Tea & Lemonade

Roasted Redskin Potatoes
Quartered red skin potatoes buttered and tossed in seasoned salt and house spices. Oven baked to golden brown.

Zucchini Mariana
Fresh zucchini stewed with onions, red wine, and house marinara. Finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs
